The powder-coated finish can reach 60–80μm in thickness, and it has passed 500 hours of salt spray testing without blistering or red rust. The frames are well suited for humid and coastal environments. Under normal commercial use, the frames are designed for an 8–10 year service life.

Q2: Will the twisted PE rope come loose, break or fade over time?

We select outdoor-grade twisted PE rope material which has passed 1,000 hours of xenon lamp aging testing, with a color difference ΔE < 3 and tensile strength retention of ≥80%.

The rope's breaking strength is ≥1200N. The twisted rope structure distributes force evenly. After 50,000 cycles of seat-pressure fatigue testing, the rope surface shows no loosening or breakage. Under normal commercial use frequency, the rope material has a service life of approximately 5-8 years.
